Shipping policy

Golden Road Crafted will ship all packages as first-class mail for $5 or priority mail for $9. You can select your preferred option at checkout.

Please note - Once your package leaves my hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer my responsibility, and am not responsible for lost packages. Golden Road Crafted is a small business solely run by one person and unfortunately can not afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers. That being said, please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and I'll correct it if I'm still in possession of the item. 

if your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. Please contact hello@goldenroadcrafted.com and I will assist you in replacing your order.

All packages will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. 

 

Refund policy

My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please message me within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. I do have ring sizers available on my website if you are unsure! 

Although we do not typically accept returns, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in exchanging your item, exchanges must be requested within 7 days and will be for store credit towards another item. Buyer is responsible for all return charges. Item must be sent back unworn and in it's original condition and packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No refunds will be considered for sale items.
