These rings came from a sense of play, which is our favorite way to make anything. We were experimenting with ways of melting wax and hand-carving to create texture. Once I cast these into silver, I realized how much they looked like lichen growing on a log or rock. Nature has always been one of our biggest inspirations and we're loving this new ring style.
